"The Best Stay This Side of Bryce Canyon."
A Gem
“We stayed here for 2 nights while we visited Bryce Canyon National Park. The check in was easy and quick. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
It was a short drive to the park entrance. Very enjoyable stay!”
PRIVATE HOTEL STAY
“If you like being out of the typical crowded places to stay this one is for you. We had one of the cottages which is apart from the main hotel, and so private we never saw anyone though they were booked full.
Felt safe and had the down to home feel.”
LOVE THIS PLACE
“The employees were nice, the hotel was nice … I suggest if you come up to Bryce Canyon you need to stay at the Pines – you won’t regret it!! ”
Bryce Canyon | Red Canyon | Kodachrome Canyon
A Storied Stay in the Pines: Nearly 100 Years of Western Hospitality
Long before Bryce Canyon Pines was a lodge, it was a lively dance hall and kitchen, welcoming cowboys, wanderers, and road trippers seeking respite under the cool shade of the Ponderosa pines. Since the 1930s, this spot has been a cherished stop along the road to Bryce Canyon, with roots that run deep in the rugged red canyon country.
Family-owned since the beginning and proudly independent, the lodge has grown over the decades while staying true to its welcoming, western spirit. The first hotel rooms were built in 1954, and the property now spans 250 acres—offering plenty of space to explore, unwind, and take in the views of nearby Bryce Canyon National Park, Red Canyon, and Kodachrome Basin State Park.
Today, Bryce Canyon Pines continues that proud tradition, combining rustic charm with heartfelt western hospitality. Whether you’re staying in one of our comfortable lodge rooms or cottages, pitching a tent under the stars at our well-equipped campsites, or parking your RV among the tall pines, you’re part of a legacy that’s nearly a century in the making.
Our on-site restaurant is still known for hearty home-style meals and homemade pies—a nod to the kitchen that fed cowboys nearly a hundred years ago. From crackling campfires to crisp mountain air, and from open meadows to unforgettable views, Bryce Canyon Pines invites you to experience the same spirit of adventure and comfort that’s made this place a legend in the high country.
Come for the parks, stay for the stories.
